Gertrude Moser-Wagner
Gertrude Moser-Wagner, born in Styria/Austria, works preferably with the media video, sculpture and conceptual text. Another focus of hers is the intervenBon in public space and communicaBon projects she realizes in close cooperaBon with arBsts and scienBsts from other disciplines.
For a number of years she taught at Vienna’s Academy of Fine Arts, at University of Applied Arts and at Webster University, Vienna. Her work has an interdisciplinary orientaBon and offers interfaces; it includes both pieces in public places and shows at galleries. The other most important areas are invesBgaBons, transposiBons and poeBc intervenBons in the public space. Selected locaBons, villages, ciBes, zones, streets and stretches are always involved.
